Leaving Sandbanks (Poole/Bournemouth Side)

Operation Starts: 7am
Leaves every 20 Minutes i.e. 7am, 7.20am, 7.40am, 8am and so on…
Operation Ends: 11pm

Leaving Shell Bay (Studland/Swanage Side)

Operation Starts: 7.10am
Leaves at 30, 50 & 10 minutes after each hour until 2310 ie. 7.30am, 7.50am, 8.10am and so on...
Operations Ends: 11.10pm

During busy periods they operate a shuttle service to clear any queues.

Leaving Sandbanks (Poole/Bournemouth Side)

Operation Starts: 8am

  • Toll prices valid from 1st April 2016 - 1st April 2017
  • Vehicles not specified above will be charged at the rate applicable for the nearest similar vehicle. Vehicles towing will be charged double the normal toll.
  • The charges for vehicles include all passengers in, or on, the vehicle. Vehicle passengers who board the ferry on foot will be classed as pedestrians and charged the pedestrian rate.
  • Advanced bookings are not accepted and queuing can occur at busy periods.
  • They cannot accept debit or credit cards.
  • Discounted rates are available when buying in bulk numbers from their website.
