Simple food done well...
British Kitchen Garden food, true to the micro seasons and with a real focus on simple and fresh flavours.
With 3 walled gardens at THE PIG-at Combe, we are spoilt for fresh pickings and zero-mile produce to line our menus. On top of this, we work with the best suppliers Devon has to offer, so we can be 100% sure of the provenance of our ingredients. We are lucky to have the coast in casting distance and miles of Devonshire countryside, which means our menu is brimming with local fish, locally reared meats and infamous Devonshire cheeses.
Our dishes change by the day depending on what the forager supplies and what our kitchen garden team deems to be in perfect condition.
Long Lazy Lunches
Initially we will be operating with a reduced number of tables in our restaurants to adhere to physical distancing guidelines, so we have opened up bookings throughout the afternoon so that you can enjoy long lazy summer lunches - our favourite kind!
Tables are now available to book everyday from midday until 4pm, so you can really settle in with a few bottles of rosé or bring the kids down for an early evening feast - we just advise you book in advance.
Our restaurant is open daily
Lunch from 12pm - 4pm
Dinner from 6.30pm - 9.45pm (for Residents only initially, due to current physical distancing capacity limitations)
When you are with us please just ask the team if you have any questions about the menu, allergies or your dietary requirements.
If you would fancy a drink in the bar before eating, just arrive around 30 minutes before your table booking. However please be aware that due to physical distancing we are operating with a reduced number of tables and seating areas so availability will be limited, and will be on a first come first-served basis.
