More info
A 23 bedroom mellow country house perfectly situated along Studland Bay. This is a real get-away location, truly rural, with uninterrupted views of the long stretches of sandy coastline
Designed in the same style that has become THE PIG’s signature, it features a greenhouse restaurant, a private room for dinner parties, 23 bedrooms and two treatment rooms.
We kindly ask that you book a table online, or by calling our reservations team on 0345 225 9494.
Our spot in Studland means we can be very busy over the summer months, so unfortunately we cannot accept walk-in guests.
If you are in the area and would like to stop by for drinks at THE PIG-on the beach, we ask that you give us a call first and we will try to accomodate you.
Wander down and chat with Andy who will tell you how our menu changes by the minute depending on what the forager finds or the kitchen gardener deems to be in perfect condition - this is a genuine way of running our kitchen.
In our 23 bedrooms you will find assorted furnishings, great beds, oversized showers, 'larders' stocked with snacks and nespresso machines.
Not what you would expect to find in a shepherds hut, but down in our huts you can have a great massage. Two original huts in a unique location overlooking Harrys Rock have been transformed into single treatment rooms with charming features such as the rake-turned-curtain rail.
The Roundhouse is totally unique and very intimate. Overlooking Old Harry Rocks this 12 person thatched summerhouse is located 50 metres from the main hotel adjacent to the kitchen garden.
Located in Studland Bay, you couldn’t be better placed to enjoy the spoils of Dorset’s World Heritage Coast.
Staying at THE PIG - on the beach puts you in close proximity to beautiful natural attractions, allowing you to maximise the gorgeous beaches, stunning views and abundance of wildlife.
