Gift vouchersWe offer monetary vouchers, as well as lunch, dinner and treatment vouchers. These can be purchased here.
Please kindly note that you are unable to redeem a Gift Voucher online to make a booking. Please book your room as normal and the team will refund any pre-payments with proof of your voucher. Please just contact reservations@thepighotel.com
Online AvailabilityThe availability shown online for THE PIGs is live and always up-to-date. If you can’t find the date you’re after, it’s worth checking out our other properties as we may have rooms or tables available elsewhere.

RatesAll rates shown on our website, quoted over the phone, or provided through other means are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for valid reasons. Our hotels offer various room types, with rates based on the number of occupants per room. Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and all online payments will be processed in Pounds Sterling.
During peak seasons, bank holidays, and special events, certain rates may not be available, and some dates may require a minimum length of stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Our packages and pricing vary based on availability and demand. They include only the services and amenities specified in writing. Your price is guaranteed once you receive a confirmation number.
Some rate plans require full prepayment and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. These conditions will be clearly stated in the rate description. For these plans, your credit card will be charged the full amount upon reservation. No credit will be given for unused reservations, and the payment cannot be applied to other or future reservations.

CancellationsIf you wish to have the option to cancel your room free of charge (up to 72 hours before arrival), we recommend booking one of our "Free Range" rates. Please email reservations@thepighotel.com if you need to amend your stay.
A late cancellation (within 72 hours of arrival or outside the defined cancellation policy of the rate booked) or a no-show (failing to arrive on the scheduled date) will result in a charge of one night's accommodation at the first night's rate of your booking. This charge will be applied to the credit or debit card provided during booking.
ParkingIf travelling to us by car, we have car parking at all of our properties. If parking at THE PIG-in the wall, there is a £14 per night per car charge for hotel guests. Please look at your chosen PIGs 'Things to know' section to find out more details on electrical vehicle charging.
Joining us for Lunch or Dinner?We are delighted you have chosen to visit and look forward to welcoming you!
Your table and our team will be ready for you to sit down and dine at your chosen time. If you would like a drink in the bar prior to dining, please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand.

Breakfast RatesUnless we are running a special deal and it is stated within the terms, all of our rates are on a room only basis so are inclusive of VAT only.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant where you can choose to either dig into our PIG grazing breakfast tables or pick something hot from our breakfast menus. Prices range from £18.95 - £24.50.
If you have booked onto a dinner, bed and breakfast offer, your breakfast will be included in your booking with no additional cost.
Breakfast at THE PIG-in the wall is served in the deli bar.
Food Service TimesFood service times vary at each PIG. Find timings on your chosen PIG page under ‘Things to know’ to check Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and other food service times.
TreatmentsWe offer a range of treatments in our converted Potting Sheds and Shepherd’s Huts at all of our PIGs (excluding THE PIG-in the wall) and Fieldhouse at THE PIG-in the Cotswolds. You can find out more about these and book on each property page. Anyone can book a treatment at our PIGs; you don’t have to be a hotel or table booking guest!
Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your booking to avoid a charge in full for the treatment.

Checking in and outYou can check in from 3pm at all of our properties, however, you’re more than welcome to arrive earlier to drop off your luggage and explore the gardens. The team will be on hand to help you when you arrive.
Check out is by 11am. We ask that you leave your room by this time, but please enjoy the surroundings all day. We can’t guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, but stick around and let us know your plans and we will try our best on the day.
AccessibilityAccessibility varies depending on the property. Please note due to the nature of our historic properties some spaces in the hotels are not accessible, but all PIGs do have ground floor bedrooms with wheelchair access.

Please note our properties have gravel car parks and tracks.
Bringing DogsTHE PIG welcomes well-behaved dogs to stay in a small number of rooms across most of our hotels, excluding THE PIG-in the wall and THE PIG-on the beach.
To avoid ending up in the doghouse, we kindly ask owners to help us respect the sensitivities of all our guests and staff by asking you to follow:

Children and FamilyThe whole family are welcome at all of THE PIGs. We have family rooms at THE PIG in the New Forest THE PIG-at Combe, and THE PIG-at Bridge Place
We can accommodate cots (free of charge) and an extra bed (at a small additional cost) in some of our rooms at all of THE PIGs, subject to availability. Please check each PIG for more details under ‘Things to know before visiting’.
Dress codeWe’ll never tell you what to wear. Our restaurants are informal places, so come in whatever makes you happy and comfortable.
Private partiesTHE PIGs are a great place to have a get-together. Please check your chosen PIG page for more details on availability and group size possible.
We do not currently have private gathering rooms at THE PIG-in the wall or THE PIG-at Bridge Place but do get in touch as we can always see if something is possible.
