Wellbeing without fuss

Wellbeing rooted in nature

You won’t find fads, fluff or far-flung rituals here.

Wellbeing at THE PIG isn't about ticking boxes or following a set routine. For us, it's simply about giving yourself a little time - to switch off, to stretch out, or to sink into a comfy chair with a good book and a glass of something nice.

Think birdsong, bare feet, hands in the soil. A breath of fresh air for the body and mind.

Wellbeing, naturally

At THE PIG, we believe the best kind of wellbeing starts outdoors. It’s in the garden walks, the fresh-picked food, the quiet corners where you can take a breather.

Whether you're stretching out on the grass under the trees, wild swimming, foraging or just strolling through the veg patch, you'll find small, grounding moments of calm in every corner of the place. It's one of the things we're most proud of.

We don't follow fads or shout about rituals - we just believe that being close to nature, eating well, and slowing down for a while can do a world of good. And that looks different for everyone.

You don't have to book a thing

Not every PIG has a spa, but every PIG has quiet corners. A sofa by the fire, a book from the shelf, a slow wander through the Kitchen Garden, a pot of tea on the terrace. Wellbeing here isn't only about a treatment - sometimes it's simply about finding somewhere still and staying a while.

Spend the morning wandering the veg beds before the day gets going. Spend the afternoon in a cosy corner of the bar with something good in hand.

However you while away the time, that's wellbeing too.

But we're here if you'd like a little more...

Potting Sheds and Shepherd’s Huts

Our Potting Sheds and Shepherd’s Huts are tucked away in the garden – rustic little retreats reimagined as treatment spaces. These cosy corners offer the chance to switch off with one of our signature treatments, surrounded by birdsong, lavender and the hum of bees.

The Gift of Garden-Grown Calm

Treat someone to a Potting Shed treatment voucher – a thoughtful gift for a birthday, anniversary or just because they deserve a moment to themselves.

Nature in Every Drop

In the Potting Sheds we’ve teamed up with natural skincare brand Tribe517 – a family-run business crafting feel-good products in the South Wales countryside. Just like us, they believe in using homegrown or ethically sourced botanicals that are as kind to the planet as they are to your skin.

And at the Fieldhouse in the Cotswolds we welcome GROUND - a founder-led Irish house of wellbeing inspired by the natural world, created by Peigín Crowley.

Every treatment is thoughtfully made using naturally derived botanicals, designed to help you slow down properly. A new chapter for our Cotswolds spa, exclusively.

“Wellbeing at THE PIG is about keeping it simple. Natural products, thoughtful treatments and time to pause in a space that feels close to nature.”
