Forest Hut
The Forest Hut is a little brother to Bert’s Box, and is the perfect woodland hideaway - small but perfectly formed, tucked in at the bottom of the garden, clad in reclaimed timber with a private terrace. Our Forest hut has a cosy bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and an adjoining bathroom.
Forest Cabin
A rustic romantic hideaway with a view and an unforgettable setting. Nestled on its own, perfect for unwinding & relaxing. Four poster en-suite with monsoon shower room. Terrific views deep into the forest from free standing bath in the room.
Pig Lodge 1
Set within THE PIG's grounds, overlooking the forest, Pig Lodge 1 has a master bedroom, en-suite with monsoon shower and a spacious lounge, complete with a log burner and a compact kitchenette.
Pig Lodge 2
Also set within THE PIG's grounds, overlooking the forest, Pig Lodge 2 has a spacious double bedroom, bathroom with large monsoon shower and freestanding bath.

Bert's Box
Bert's Box was the first of its kind and will contain everything you need for a two-person getaway, including a master bedroom with four-poster bed, shower room, free-standing bath and kitchen-diner with a log burner. Bert's Box has fantastic floor to ceiling windows looking out over the surrounding countryside. The perfect adult's only escape to the forest.
Hideaways
The Hog House, Hen House, Old Spot and Tamworth, located in the Stable Yard with large monsoon showers and freestanding baths.

Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children in bunk-beds
Master bedroom en-suite and monsoon shower with freestanding bath. Piglets room with bunk bed and monsoon shower. There’s a multipurpose kitchenette, dining/ living area with a log burner.
The Pig Sty
Sleeps:
Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children in bunk-beds
The Pig Sty is located in the Stable yard, a large double bedroom with walk in dressing room and a bunk room for children up to the age of 12. Features a living room with log burner, family bathroom with 6ft monsoon shower and roll-top bath plus a wet bar area.

We do not permit dogs inside the restaurants, although they are welcome to join you on a stroll around the grounds or for outdoor dining when our terraces are open. Please note at THE PIG-in the wall we only permit guide dogs into the property.
Children and familyChildren are more than welcome at THE PIG in the New Forest, both in the restaurant and to stay. At THE PIG in the New Forest we have family specific rooms, lodges and cottages.
Dress codeWe’ll never tell you what to wear. Our restaurant at THE PIG in the New Forest is informal and relaxed, so come in whatever makes you happy and comfortable.
Food service timesBreakfast: Typically for residents only from 7-10am Monday-Friday and 7.30-10.30am on Saturday and Sunday
Lunch: 12pm-2.30pm Monday to Friday, and 12pm-3pm Saturday to Sunday.
Dinner: 6pm-9.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 6pm-9.45pm Friday to Sunday
Afternoon: We don't serve a traditional afternoon tea, however we do offer an afternoon menu of homemade piggy treats and sweet treats. Our Afternoon menu is served from 12pm-5:30pm in our lounge areas and on our outside terrace.
Wood Oven: The Wood Oven is now closed for the winter months and will re-open in Spring 2025.
Lunch bookings are advised, however, Dinner bookings are essential! Please note we do not take bookings for the Wood Oven or Afternoon Menu.

Private partiesTHE PIG in the New Forest is a great place to hold a party. Our Green Room seats up to 14 people and even has its own garden terrace. Find out more here. The package is available for Monday-Thursdays between January-July and September-November, excluding bank holidays and subject to availability. Breakfast at THE PIG in the New Forest is served in the restaurant where you can choose to either dig into our PIG grazing breakfast tables or pick something hot from our breakfast menus. Prices range from £17.95-£22.95.
Checking in and outYou can check in from 3pm at THE PIG in the New Forest, however, you’re more than welcome to arrive earlier to drop off your luggage and explore the gardens.
Check out is by 11am. We ask that you leave your room by this time, but please enjoy the surroundings all day. We can’t guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, but stick around and let us know your plans and we will try our best on the day.

Electric Vehicle ChargingWe currently have two Universal 11kw electrical charging points for vehicles at THE PIG in the New Forest if you require charging during your visit. These are free of charge to use for PIG guests, fully compatible with all electric cars. Full charge for your car will depend on the size of your battery e.g. a 40kw battery will be fully charged within 4-5 hours. Please note you will need to bring your own charging lead, and once your car is fully charged we ask you move it to a regular parking space.
AllergensRestaurant: Please speak to our Restaurant Team at THE PIG in the New Forest if you have any questions about the menu, allergies or dietary requirements when you arrive.
Wood Oven: Please advise your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot make gluten-free flatbreads as the oven will be used for the regular flatbreads so there is guaranteed cross-contamination.

Our original PIG tucked away in the heart of the New Forest, our 32 bedroom country house is really a restaurant with rooms.

You can use our address in a satnav or map app to reach us by car. Please note that Google Maps doesn't direct you directly to the property by navigating solely from the postcode.
Nearest station
The closest station to THE PIG is Brockenhurst Station, only 1 mile away ( a 5 minute drive). London Waterloo run regular services to Brockenhurst which takes around 2 hours.
Taxi service
If you're getting to us by taxi, give Station Taxis a call on 01590 545454, who are based at Brockenhurst Station and will be able to get you over to ours in no time.
Nearest airport
Southampton airport is a short drive away around 20 miles (30 minutes in a car).
