Ingredients
- Grapefruit Gin
- Cucumber Shrub
- Rhubarb & Ginger Cordial
- Hibiscus, Basil, Rose, Sage and Lemon Thyme
How to make:
Mix the Chase Grapefruit Gin, Rhubarb & Ginger cordial, Cucumber Shrub together in a highball glass with ice and top it up with Hibiscus, Rose, Basil Sage and Tarragon soda.
To make the Cucumber Shrub – Slice 3 cucumbers into a kilner jar, cover it with sugar and leave it for a few days. Add Apple Cider Vinegar to it, mix it, strain it and its ready to go!
