Our signature mocktail! We have had this on our Bar menus for years and it is a winner with everyone. Perfect for the designated driver, kids or when you just need something super refreshing.
Why not try mixing up a jug or two for your next BBQ?
- 6 mint leaves
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- 200ml apple juice
- soda, to top up
- apple slices and mint sprig, to garnish
Stir all the ingredients in a highball glass and top up with crushed ice.
Add a splash of soda and garnish with a mint sprig and apple fan. To make the latter, slice down through the apple, avoiding the core, place the cut section on its flat side, cut 3 or 4 thin slices and fan them out on top of the ice.
