They say anything worth having is worth the wait, and the next PIG certainly lives up to this. Historic buildings need patience, attention to detail, expert craftmanship and a whole lot of love to breathe new life back into them. This means the future looks a bit like this – the latest addition to our lodgings will be THE PIG-on the farm, set in 53 acres of pasture and arable land just outside Stratford-upon-Avon.
