Pull on your boots and head for the coast. Footpaths from the house lead towards unspoilt Studland beach, with sweeping views across the Jurassic Coast and plenty of salty air along the way. Take your time exploring the shoreline, dunes and heathland, this is the sort of place that makes it easy to lose track of time.
Or venture a little further to nearby Swanage or Corfe Castle, both within easy reach and perfect for an unhurried wander.

A cocktail in the bar before dinner, mixed with ingredients inspired by the Kitchen Garden and the Dorset coast. The wine list is packed with bottles from across England and beyond, perfect for discovering something new or settling in with an old favourite.
Dinner as the evening light fades across Studland Bay. The 25 Mile Menu is shaped by ingredients from the Kitchen Garden, local producers and the surrounding coastline, making every plate a reflection of the season and this corner of Dorset. Take your time, soak up the sea views and let the day wind down naturally.

The Next Morning…
Wake up slowly, again. The grazing table is ready when you are, and if you're feeling curious, join the daily Kitchen Garden tour to see what's growing, what's being picked and what might be appearing on the menu later that day. The gardens, polytunnels and greenhouse are at the heart of everything here.
Then either check out at your own pace or, if you've booked an extra night, wander down to Studland beach, breathe in some more salty sea air and do the whole thing again.

The Lookout
The Lookout has a really unique layout, nestled just beside the main house and spread over two floors with gorgeous views of the Kitchen Garden and stunning coastline. The bedroom is on the ground floor with a romantic log burner tucked into the wall at the foot of the four-poster bed. The bathroom has a monsoon shower and a freestanding roll top bath (the best seat in the house for panoramic views across the bay!).

Harry's Hut & The Pig Hut
Our two shepherd huts are tucked away at the bottom of the garden, away from the hustle and bustle from the main house, with the best views over the bay and their own private outdoor terraces. Each room is made up of two separate huts – one holds the spacious bathroom and bedroom with a comfy king-size bed, log burner and a freestanding roll top bath. The other is your cosy lounge to cuddle up in with a drinks trolly, a sofa just for two and a sun deck made for watching the sunset over Old Harry Rocks.

Generous Room
Incredibly spacious and very comfortable bedrooms – our Generous Rooms are nestled in the main house and have large monsoon showers, super king-sized beds and freestanding roll top baths (most of them are in the bedroom).

The Bothy
The Bothy is one of two beautiful dovecotes tucked away in the Kitchen Garden with idyllic views across the veg beds. All on one floor and open plan in design, this spacious room has a four-poster bed, a monsoon shower and a cosy log burner nestled opposite the freestanding roll top bath.
