What to expect...
You can look forward to some cracking, live local music on the lawns of our house, plenty of cold tipples and smoky wood-fired pizzas to really kick off the start of your weekend, all summer long.
Good to knows...
Can I pop in for a drink?
We encourage guests to book a free ticket if they wish to attend for the event. We will accept a small handful of walk in bookings however, once we reach full capacity we may ask you to kindly return another time.
When do I need to book?
We really recommend booking tickets ahead of time to avoid disappointment on the day – once we reach full capacity, we will need to kindly ask guests to join us another weekend.
Tickets open 3 weeks ahead of each event date and start time.
Can I join a waitlist for tickets?
We unfortunately can’t operate a waitlist for our live music nights, but if the date you’d like to attend is sold out, we really recommend checking back a couple of days beforehand to see if there have been any last-minute cancellations. These tickets will automatically become available online again.
What if I can no longer make it?
Can’t make it? No problem, just give us a heads-up! We don’t charge a penny for cancellations, but it helps us offer your spot to someone else. We’d really appreciate you letting us know.
What happens if it’s bad weather?
If weather conditions on the day are less than ideal for an evening of outdoor, live music, we may need to cancel – should this happen, ticket holders will be notified by email.
Car Parking
Our car park at THE PIG-on the beach is reserved for guests who are sleeping over or joining us to eat in our restaurant – so for our Smoked & Uncut Unplugged music nights, we kindly ask you to use the Middle Beach car park, located just a short two-minute walk from the hotel. Better yet, car share or book a taxi to our house so you can really make the most of the evening!
Food & Drink
While we’re all about good food, we kindly ask not to bring your own food or drink to our Smoked & Uncut Unplugged evenings, unless you have littluns under the age of 2.
We will have plenty of freshly cooked (and seriously tasty!) Garden Oven food on offer and the bar will be very well stocked with your favourite cold ones to keep you well fed and hydrated!
If you need to bring your own food or drink for allergy reasons, please email reservations@thepighotel.com in advance.
We will always do our best cater for dietaries as best as we can, but with the fixed foodie offerings we’ll have on our live music nights, we may not be able to accommodate for all dietary requirements. Please contact us before purchasing a ticket so we can confirm whether we’re able to accommodate you.
Payments
These summer live music evenings will be cashless garden gatherings and all payments on site will be by card only.
Dogs
Dogs are very welcome to join you on the lawn for each of our live music nights, but only guide dogs are permitted inside the main house.
Seating and Weather
Please feel free to bring rugs, blankets or pop-up chairs to make yourselves comfy on the lawn.
If weather conditions on the day are less than ideal for an evening of outdoor, live music, we may need to cancel – should this happen, we will let you know via email. If you are unsure on the day and haven’t heard from us, please call the hotel team directly.
Photography
Photography and video recording may take place at our Smoked & Uncut Unplugged events for PIG promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in photos or video, please do let us know in advance by calling ahead, or speak to the team on the day.
