You’ll make your own wreath to take home, before settling into our cosy restaurant for a comforting three-course festive supper to dine with the friends or family you've booked with.

Join us over at THE PIG-in the South Downs to get in the Christmas spirit with our wreath making workshop, hosted by our very own West Sussex local, Charlotte Johnston – with a festive PIG supper to follow!
We’ll welcome you into our Garden Room, tucked beside the hustle and bustle of the restaurant overlooking our very own vineyard, with a glass of our homemade mulled wine.
Once you are ready to get stuck in, Charlotte will demonstrate and guide you through making your very own Christmas wreath to take home. We'll also pour you a chilled glass of English fizz to sip on, so there will be heaps of festive cheer to go around!
After you’ve created your wreath, you'll head into the restaurant for a festive three-course meal and dine with the friends or family you have booked with.
Any additional drinks or wine ordered with dinner can be settled at the end of your meal.

How much & what's included?
£150 per person, which includes a welcome glass of homemade mulled wine, a two-hour workshop run by our friend Charlotte Johnston, plus a chilled glass of English fizz and everything you need to create your own festive wreath.
After the workshop, you'll dig into a three-course festive supper in the restaurant with the friends or family you've booked with at your very own table.
Any additional drinks or wine ordered with dinner can be settled at the end of your meal.

If you've booked separately with friends or family, please let us know in advance so we ensure you all dine together in the restaurant.
We love a four-legged friend as much as the next person, but we kindly ask that they stay at home for this one.

Meet your hosts: Charlotte Johnston Floral
Charlotte Johnston is a flower grower and florist dedicated to sustainability, seasonality, and working in harmony with nature. She cultivates her flowers without chemicals or single-use plastics, employing methods that support soil health and biodiversity. With a background in gardening, Charlotte trained in floristry in 2016 to deepen her understanding of design and technique.
During the pandemic, customers began sending her flowers to loved ones, marking the start of her flower-growing business. Since then, she has continued to refine her practice, experimenting with new varieties for the market and drying flowers to create everlasting arrangements year-round.
