Christmas Cracker Making at THE PIG-near Bath

There’ll be plenty of moreish Piggy Bits, English fizz and festive cheer to go round, before settling in for a three-course festive supper with friends and family.

Head over to THE PIG-near Bath this December for a joy-filled evening of creativity and festive spirit, making your own tray of six hand-rolled artisanal crackers to decorate your Christmas table at home, with a little help from our good friends at Heart and Soul Studio.
Heart and Soul will bring everything to make your crackers, from the paper, bows and ribbons, to the higgledy-piggledy mix of inside goodies - including jokes, paper crowns, and gifts. If you would like to include your own inside treats, do feel free to bring them along too*!
*Items to be no larger than 11.5cm long and 6cm wide.

A warm glass of homemade mulled wine will be waiting for you when you arrive, with plenty of moreish Piggy Bits to graze on while you begin creating your own hand-rolled artisanal crackers. There’ll be a perfectly chilled glass of English fizz along the way too, for a little extra Christmas cheer.
At 8.30pm, we’ll head into the restaurant to enjoy a three-course festive supper, rounding off a cosy evening of cracker making, good food and plenty of Christmas cheer.

What time?
We’ll pour the first glasses of our homemade mulled wine at 6.30pm, before settling in around our long table for a hands-on evening of making your own hand-rolled Christmas crackers. Our friends at Heart and Soul Studio will show you how it’s done, with plenty of time to ask questions and get creative with your own crackers along the way.
At 8.30pm, we’ll head into the restaurant for a three-course festive supper, with plenty of moreish Piggy Bits and English fizz to keep the Christmas cheer going.
We’ll finish up at 9.30pm, though you’re very welcome to stay for a nightcap in the bar afterwards.
How much?
£55 per person, which includes all the materials you’ll need to make six hand-rolled Christmas crackers*, a glass of homemade mulled wine on arrival, moreish Piggy Bits to nibble on throughout the workshop, a glass of English fizz and a three-course festive supper in the restaurant.
*If you have a particular little treat you’d like to tuck inside your crackers, please do bring it along!
What's included?
You’ll be welcomed with a warm glass of homemade mulled wine before getting stuck into the cracker-making. As you get making, there’ll be a selection of moreish Piggy Bits to nibble on, plus a generously poured glass of English Fizz to keep the festive cheer flowing. Then, at 8.30pm, it’s into the restaurant for your three-course festive supper.
