Expect fresh, seasonal favourites, ingredients gathered from the surrounding landscape, and plenty of crisp country air. It's a gentle, unhurried start to the day, a chance to slow down, savour the moment, and enjoy the simple pleasures of a Cotswolds morning.

Ease into the morning with us at our house, THE PIG-in the Cotswolds. Begin the day with an hour of Pilates in the Gothic Summer House, surrounded by gardens and fresh country air, in a session designed to leave you feeling refreshed, rebalanced and ready for the day ahead.
Afterwards, stay amongst the gardens for a light bite breakfast served on tables beside the Summer House. With fresh, seasonal breakfast favourites and a slower pace to the morning, it’s the perfect opportunity to take a little time out and savour the surroundings.
Suitable for all abilities, whether you're new to Pilates or a regular on the mat.

Arrive at the Gothic Summer House and settle into the morning at a gentler pace. Surrounded by the gardens and fresh Cotswold air, you'll ease into an hour of Pilates with an experienced instructor, focusing on mindful movement, mobility and strength in one of the most peaceful corners of our house.
As the session comes to a close, breakfast will begin to appear quietly on tables beside the Summer House, ready for you to enjoy once the final stretches are complete.


As the session draws to a close, you'll be guided through a series of gentle stretches to help lengthen the body, release tension and leave you feeling refreshed for the rest of the day.
After Pilates, help yourself to a light bite breakfast served beside the Gothic Summer House. Set amongst the gardens, it's a chance to slow down, enjoy fresh seasonal breakfast favourites and savour a little extra time in the Cotswold countryside before heading on with your day.

What time?
We’ll welcome you to the Gothic Summer House at 9.15am, with the Pilates session running from 9.30am to 10.30am. Afterwards, you can enjoy a light bite breakfast served on tables beside the Summer House, surrounded by the gardens and fresh country air.
How much?
£40 per person, which includes an hour of Pilates and a light bite breakfast. Pilates mats will be provided for guests to use.
What level of Pilates is this?
These sessions are open to all levels, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or completely new to Pilates.

Why not take a stroll through the gardens, find a quiet spot with a coffee, or settle in for a long, leisurely lunch in our restaurant? The rest of the morning is yours to enjoy at your own pace.
Important Information
These sessions are weather dependent and will be cancelled in the event of poor weather. Guests will receive a full refund should the event be cancelled.

Harpreet is an Ayurvedic wellness practitioner passionate about helping people restore balance through holistic healing, mindful living, and natural remedies. With a background in traditional Ayurveda, she focuses on personalized wellness practices that support physical, mental, and emotional health.
Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, Harpreet helps others reconnect with harmony through nutrition, herbal healing, yoga, and mindful self-care. She believes in healing the body by nurturing the mind and spirit.
Her experience is grounded in 30 years of bodywork, meditation, and mindfulness practice.
Harpreet grew up in a household that embraced a holistic approach to healing the body, mind, and spirit as a whole. Massage, bodywork, and yogic living are deeply rooted in Indian culture, where treatments are tailored to each individual’s unique constitution. This understanding and knowledge allow for the whole body to be treated in an authentic and personalized way.
From a young age, she witnessed people regularly visiting her parents for support with physical, mental, and spiritual ailments. These early experiences shaped her understanding of healing and wellbeing.
For Harpreet, this way of life is not simply a choice, but something deeply embedded in her nature and upbringing.
