This promotion starts at 9am on Sunday 2nd August 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 9th August 2026. Entries received outside these dates and times will not be valid.

To enter, follow @the_pig_hotels,  and @ground_wellbeing on Instagram, like the promotional post, and tag a friend in the comments (multiple tags are allowed, and each tag will count as a new entry).

• The promotion is open to all UK residents, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this promotion.

• Entrants must be 18+ years of age.

• No purchase necessary and entry is free.

• A winner will be chosen at random, by a draw performed using a computer process.

• The winner must supply a UK address and contact phone number/email.

The winner will be contacted on Tuesday 11th August 2026 via direct message to the Instagram account they used to enter the promotion. The winning notification will be sent by the Promoter from THE PIG Hotel's official Instagram account: @the_pig_hotels.

The winner is required to respond to the winning notification within 48 hours, confirming their eligibility, age and acceptance of the prize (the winner may be asked to share an image of their ID, which can include driving license or passport, in order to confirm their age). If the chosen winner doesn't respond to the winning notification, confirm acceptance, or satisfy the eligibility criteria within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize will be sent to the winner via postal delivery service within 30 days of being notified of their win. The winner will need to provide their name and email address to the Promoter for this purpose if they have not done so at the point of entry.

The prize includes the following:

• 1 x mid-week overnight stay for two at THE PIG-in the Cotswolds, with a dinner (inclusive of one side dish each. Drinks and any other courses are payable separately) and a full breakfast the next morning. Redeemable until the 2nd August 2027, excluding the Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. 

• 2 x GROUND 60 minute treatment in Fieldhouse Spa at THE PIG-in the Cotswolds during your stay of your choice (one for each of you).

• A hamper full of GROUND goodies, that includes:

The prize is as stated, and all elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any part of the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter will not accept:

• responsibility for promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

• proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the promotion.

Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows participants to increase their entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the Prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.

In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 

The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners, to anyone who contacts them (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and entrants to the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
