Our surroundings influence our food in every way, and our teams are committed to sourcing 80% of our menus from within a 25-mile radius as well as gathering a daily harvest from the Kitchen Gardens.
This January and February we will be looking even closer to home; our Chefs have created a set menu of dishes that are made from ingredients that are all from within 25 miles or less…some are even zero miles!
With a focus on reducing our food miles and celebrating our unique PIG cult classics, you can expect cured meats that have come from our own pigs and are cured on site, oyster mushrooms that have been grown on coffee grounds in our on-site Mushroom Houses, eggs from our chickens, roots and shoots from our Kitchen Gardens and even venison from our own herd at THE PIG-near Bath.
Choose from 2 or 3 courses from our set menu, and we will include a couple of Piggy Bits, our classic light pre-lunch nibbles, for the table to get you started!
