As you know we’re all about our kitchen garden. Everything is driven by the gardener, forager and chef creating our 25-mile menu (what we can't get from our garden and grounds is sourced locally). This immediacy from garden to plate is our trademark!

1. Cold Pressed Hampshire Rapeseed Oil
A great local and healthy alternative to olive oil, the nuttiness works great in salad and dressings.
2. Lyburn "Old Winchester" Cheese
A fantastic replacement for parmesan for use in hot or cold dishes alike.
3. Pickled Rock Samphire
I discovered this on a family trip to Cypress, great with smoked fish and for use as a pickle in salads.

Great on a toasted tea cake with a spoon of clotted cream!

When our own honey isn’t available we use Howats honey on our breakfast table, the borage honey is something very special.

9. Stefan's Sourdough From Bread Port
Stefan worked in London for many years and now has his small shop in New Milton, he makes some of the best sourdoughs I’ve tasted from a “mother” that’s older than my kids!!

Amazing quality product I love to hot smoke this and turn it into potted trout for those lovely sunny days.
11. Tatchbury Farm - Sarah & Roy Hunts Pork Pies
Some of the best around, they can be found at most farmers markets but they also supply our live pigs at the hotels.

Better than anything you will find in any supermarket, flavour, smell and colour are out of this world.
