The best and most dedicated staff members in the boutique hotel industry were recognised at a glittering ceremony marking the first ever Personal Service Star Awards.
And our very own Darryl Harris from The Pig near Bath scoped Customer Service Star of the Year!
After months of nominations, the winners of the first ever Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards were unveiled in front of more than 200 industry professionals from hotels across the country. Guests arrived at the Hilton Olympia to enjoy welcome drinks and take the opportunity to network before the shortlisted finalists and winners were announced.
The Personal Service Star Awards — launched to coincide with Boutique Hotelier magazine’s first birthday — were created to pay tribute to the most successful, promising and innovative employees working tirelessly to give guests the best experience possible.
