Britain might be small, but we’re a diverse, exciting country full of things to do (even if the sun struggles to shine!)
If you don’t fancy heading abroad this summer, there’s a lot to be said for the increasingly popular staycation; just jump in the car and let the adventure begin….a piggy road trip perhaps?
All within a few hours’ drive of one another you could make a real feast of it and travel between our litter for a night or three!
Each PIG has its own personality and sits comfortably in its own location; from the rolling Mendip Hills, to the lush New Forest, the stunning Studland Bay to the ‘English Riviera’ - Devon.
With an obsessive commitment to home grown and local produce, we celebrate the seasons and use only the best, freshest and most authentic foods and ingredients. It is all about our kitchen gardens, they are the beating heart of the operation...everything is driven by the gardener/forager and chef – they grow and find the food – the chef then creates the menu; uncomplicated and simple British garden food. What cannot be grown in our kitchen gardens will be sourced within a 25-mile radius.
Each county has its own distinctive and unique combination of producers and suppliers allowing each PIG menu to celebrate its location to the full. You will not find the same dish twice on your travels!
